Miraculously and earlier than I anticipated, Spring arrived in the San Francisco Bay Area in full force. Normally this would bother me because the onset of Spring also means the decline of Winter, and thus, snowboarding. A moment of silence please.

But Spring also means that it is gardening season. A hobby for the life of me, I cannot figure how or why I picked up – my Mom is the most perplexed given that she spent the better part of 13 years trying to get me to anything in the yard, much less relandscape, and grow a full crop of vegetables. But I digress.

Spring also means that my wife and I are now about 60 days from our vegetarian BBQs - a thing we absolutely delight in.

This years crop features the following:

Arugula - Roquette

Cosmonaut Volkov Tomato

Silverskin Garlic

Aristocrat Zuchinni

Cilantro

Basil

Swiss Chard

Greek Oregano

Green Globe Artichoke

Juliet Tomato

Glacier Tomato

Carrots

Radishes

Jalepenos

Cerrano Peppers

Sweet Corn
