      <![CDATA[<p>I have seen a hand full of comments from users stating they are unable to edit their System Level MTAmazon32 settings in order to enter their Subscriber ID. For the time being, there is no way around this. You will need to contact your System Administrator, or a user with the "Sys Admin" privilege turned on and have them enter it for you.</p>
