I just got invited to join Newsvine’s private beta. I haven’t forumulated an opinion about the product yet as I have only seeded it with one story so far, but I did start to dig into how one could integrate the content stored in Newsvine into a weblog, and that is when I ran into a term that Newsvine may just have coined: “JSS.”
Of course to most the term “JSS” will mean no more to you than “RSS,” but to geek like me… well, I love it. Is it “Javascript Simple Synidcation” or “JavaScript Syndication?” I am not sure, but I don’t really care because they both work.
