What just one little link can do...
A lot of press is given to how blogging can be used by businesses, but most people focus on how blogging helps companies communicate with customers. But blogging is a two way street. Blogging is just an effective tool to leverage indirectly as a way to drive business to your company or product.
Case in point:
I woke up this morning to find that over night Test Run subscribership and downloads went through the roof (relatively speaking of course). Searching Technorati I found that O'Reilly Radar linked to Test Run from which all my traffic for the day came. Man, what a difference a link makes.
