I wanted a pull quote to share, and was tempted just to quote the whole thing, but I won't want to ruin it for you.

I don't really want to be a killjoy here, but...unless you've got permission from the author and the publisher, posting the entire book is really not a very good idea. I'm all for creative commons licenses and the rest, but the Copyright Notice on the posted PDF is pretty clear.
Forgive me if you do have permission to post it. If you do have permission, you should probably make that clear though.
