For many installing Perl modules is difficult within their environment, and for those people we provide a simple and easy to install bundle of all the necessary perl modules for Plugin Manager.

Instructions

Download the bundle.
Navigate to the MT_HOME/extlib directory.
Unpack the bundle archive.
